1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aco365 ("aco365", "we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the aco365 website, or using any service offered by aco365, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must keep that information current at all times. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 Jurisdiction and Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using aco365 is lawful in your jurisdiction. aco365 does not make any representation that its services are legal or available in every jurisdiction. Access from prohibited jurisdictions is your personal responsibility. aco365 reserves the right to restrict access from any territory at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised such activity.

You must notify aco365 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. aco365 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

You must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or interact with the platform. Any attempt to circumvent platform security measures or to exploit technical vulnerabilities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable maximum transaction limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of requesting a transaction. aco365 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.

4.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

Before processing a withdrawal, aco365 may require you to complete identity and payment method verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Funds Usage

7. Prohibited Activities

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aco365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, service interruption, technical failures, or errors in game results or bet settlement.

The aco365 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact aco365 support in good faith to seek a resolution. aco365 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint submitted to the platform's support channels.

14. Amendments

aco365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a notice published on the platform. Your continued use of aco365 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
